CONCERT VENUE SPECIALISTS

Though many entertainers do not feel the need for personal security, it is a proven necessity to have a venue specialist coordinating tasks that are essential to providing a safe environment for the artists and the fans. Some of the duties performed by the VSS are listed below:

1. TOUR SECURITY RIDERS

Security Riders are prepared specifically for your tour. Assured representatives will work hand in hand with the artists, managers and staff to prepare a rider that will provide a safe and secure environment, yet let the artist feel comfortable while in the venue.  Security procedures and timelines for local security staff and building management will be outlined.

2. CREDENTIAL (PASS) SYSTEMS

Representatives will work with the artists and management to ensure a proper credential system is in place that will provide layers of access so that the artists, and the production are not disturbed.

3. STAGE SECURITY

Our trained staff will handle all jumpers and are trained on passive measures to remove FANS from the stage.  (Though highly capable and trained to resolve higher threats to the artists.)

4. FAN SAFETY

Normally not considered, is your fan safety, coordinators ensure that proper guidelines and procedures are followed to allow fans to enter and leave the venues in a safe manner.
